Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) in Elkhart, Kansas to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care. You will oversee a dynamic team, manage 340B services, and uphold high standards in a growing retail setting.

The role requires PharmD or B.Pharm from an ACPE-accredited school, eligibility to serve as PIC in Kansas, and extensive retail experience. Relocation assistance may be available; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Eligibility to serve as PIC in Kansas.
• 12+ years of retail/community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with 340B program preferred.
• Oklahoma license a plus for cross-border dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge of record and manage daily operations.
• Supervise pharmacists, PRN staff, technicians and support personnel.
• Review prescriptions, dispense medications and provide patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with Kansas Board, DEA, FDA, HIPAA and related laws.
• Oversee 340B program operations including compliance and pricing.
• Manage inventory, controlled-substance records, wholesalers, PBM relations.
• Maintain pharmacy policies, quality standards and audit readiness.
