Job summary

The GIANT Company in York, PA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM, and to lead pharmacy technicians toward safe, efficient care.

As part of a collaborative team, you will review prescriptions, counsel patients, administer immunizations, coordinate with physicians, manage inventory, and support store initiatives while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Current immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your license by delivering patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM.
• Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Help create a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Support pharmacy performance through prescription growth, customer engagement, and clinical services.
• Promote preventive care and wellness programs that improve community health.
