Lead Pet Groomer

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers'pets.
  • Excellent customer service providing the highest level of client and team support.
  • Lead the charge to ensure the groom shop is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and groomers.
  • Participate and contribute to groomer performance management activities with the Store Manager.
  • New groomer onboarding and orientation.

Qualifications

  • Management or leadership experience.
  • 3 years of professional Pet Grooming experience (required)
  • Pet Grooming experience must be highlighted within your resume to be considered for this role
  • 3 years of professional grooming experience.
  • Must be willing to provide photos of previous animals groomed.
  • Must always professionally handle all pets safely and humanely.

Compensation

  • Hourly rates are determined by experience and productivity.
  • Lead Groomers may earn extra pay by training Grooming Technicians, receiving 30% of the trainees' commissions once certified. (Specific criteria must be met)
