Job summary

Digital Forms is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to design and shape the Intelligence Layer of our React Native mobile app. This high-impact, short-term consulting engagement focuses on architecture strategy, data plumbing, and developer-friendly abstractions, with only hours of hands-on work expected.

You will define the cross-platform identity strategy, data flow from warehouse to streaming layers, and the CDP/decisioning stack.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in designing closed-loop personalization systems (Collect, Segment, Decide, Deliver).
• Deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data routing strategies.
• Strong SQL skills and experience activating user segments from a data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Design data plumbing and scalable architecture for a personalization layer.
• Create clean technical abstractions (React Context, Hooks, API wrappers) for the mobile team.
• Define identity resolution and cross-platform guest recognition across web and mobile.
• Recommend and justify the optimal tech stack (CDP, analytics tools).
• Establish global event taxonomy to ensure data consistency.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to design and shape the "Intelligence Layer" of our React Native mobile application. This is a high-impact, short-term consulting engagement (a few hours total) focused on providing strategic architectural direction, not long-term implementation.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Architecture

• Design the Data "Plumbing" Build a scalable architecture connecting:
  • Historical data (Data Warehouse)
  • Real-time behavioral data (Streaming) into a unified decisioning engine
• Enable Developers Create clean technical abstractions such as: React Context providers Custom Hooks API wrappers So the mobile team can easily consume personalization logic
• Own Identity Resolution Define a cross-platform identity strategy ensuring seamless "guest recognition" across web and mobile
• Define the Tech Stack Recommend and justify the optimal combination of: CDP (Customer Data Platform) Decisioning engine Analytics tools balancing power with ease of use
• Establish Schema Governance Create a global event taxonomy to ensure data consistency across the ecosystem
