Camarda Wealth Advisory Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Personal Wealth Advisor (CFP Lead Advisor) for a full-time, on-site role in Fleming Island. You will lead a team and deliver comprehensive wealth planning without a sales focus.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 plus performance bonuses and benefits, with opportunities for education and advancement within our fiduciary, fee-only practice serving a national clientele.

Qualifications

• CFP completed or near completion is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, client-facing preferred.
• Series 65 or 66 license.
• Proficiency with investment planning software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor on the Wealth Advisor Team delivering exceptional service.
• Provide scheduled portfolio and comprehensive financial planning advice.
• Respond promptly to client queries and requests.
• Provide ongoing client advice, not a sales role.
• Gather and organize client information and financial data.
• Manage financial software and maintain client profiles.
• Generate reports and analyses for client meetings.
