You will recruit, develop and manage performance, schedule staff within budgets, monitor compliance with Time & Labor guidelines, and drive member engagement through professional program design and motivation.

Qualifications

• Must lead a department of 8–10 personal trainers.
• Ensure trainers meet minimum standards and performance metrics.
• Oversee staff scheduling within budgeted non-session hours and manage time & labor.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and manage performance of qualified Personal Trainers.
• Train staff on fitness and supplementation presentations to support membership retention.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and coach toward goals.
