Job summary

Bandon Fitness Texas, Inc. is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of trainers, deliver top-tier coaching, and drive client outcomes at our Charleston, WV club.

You’ll conduct assessments, design personalized programs, and foster ongoing motivation for members. In this leadership role, you’ll manage onboarding, sales, renewals, and referrals while partnering with the General Manager to create an energetic, growth-focused club culture.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer accreditation (NASM/ACE/ACSM/ISSA) with CPR/AED.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred with ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Passion for coaching, leadership, and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of fitness, exercise physiology, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers to deliver high-quality coaching.
• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs.
• Inspire client progress and maintain motivation throughout their journey.
• Oversee onboarding, sales, renewals, and referrals to grow the club community.
• Collaborate with General Manager to create a dynamic, successful club environment.
