You will oversee onboarding, assess client progress, and collaborate with the General Manager to create a high-energy, results-driven fitness community.

Qualifications

• Certification in NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA or equivalent, with CPR/AED.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred with relationship-building and closing skills.
• Passion for coaching and leadership with ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers to deliver top-tier coaching.
• Train and transform clients with personalized programs and assessments.
• Inspire growth by monitoring progress and keeping clients engaged.
