The Exercise Coach - Davie is seeking a Personal Training Leadership candidate to join our studio team. This role focuses on client consultations, retention, and promoting our unique training methods using state‑of‑the‑art technology.

No prior fitness experience is required, but a passion for health, great communication, and energy are essential. Training is provided, with potential for career advancement and competitive hours in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

No fitness experience is required; priority for candidates with personal training or small-group fitness instruction.
All employees receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.
Health and Fitness knowledge at least at a basic level is beneficial and trainable.

Responsibilities

Administer client accounts, handle forms, credit card charges, data entry, and clerical tasks as directed by Studio manager.
Respond promptly to emails, calls, and texts from clients, prospects, coworkers, and supervisors.
Conduct initial consultations and promotional sessions with prospective clients as assigned.
Contact clients behind on attendance and log activities to support client retention strategies.
Engage in client reacquisition efforts as needed.
Maintain a clean, well-organized studio and report any repairs to the owner.
