Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a Supervising Attorney in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation in California. You will lead a team of attorneys and case managers, guiding strategy and negotiations to maximize settlements while upholding client care and integrity.

The ideal candidate holds CA Bar licensure, has 2+ years PI experience, and excels in negotiation, supervision, and client communication. Spanish is a plus in a collaborative firm environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and counsel a team.
• Experience settling cases in pre-litigation; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
• Provide informative and compassionate client service.
• Collaborate with Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
• Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
