Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer for perception system development within the Maneuver Dominance team. You will lead sensing architecture across multiple modalities, own the baseline sensors for different aircraft variants, and ensure the evidence package supports flight readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning sensing system architecture and showing traceability to verification.
• Experience with electro-optical, LiDAR, RADAR sensing systems and validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the perception system architecture and baseline requirements across sensing, compute, and algorithms.
• Own the sensor baseline configuration across platforms, including modalities and part numbers.
• Define and defend the sensing performance model with validated flight test data.
• Lead verification and validation strategy, data collection, and evidence for flight readiness.
• Provide technical authority at design and gate reviews and ensure evidence sufficiency.
