Job summary

  • Experience designing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with HRIS (Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.
  • High EI and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Job OverviewAs a Lead People Partner, you'll join the company's People Team as an experienced HR people partner supporting a defined client group—typically executive leaders or high-impact teams. In this role, you'll deliver people programs, advise on complex employee relations, drive organizational effectiveness, and shape a healthy, inclusive culture through strategic partnership and guidance.

The Lead People Partner leverages full HR lifecycle expertise, advanced knowledge of employment law, strong service orientation, sound judgment, and influential leadership to achieve business objectives. This position uses survey analysis, people analytics, and generative AI to identify trends, calibrate key processes, and propose impactful interventions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on complex talent, organization design, and culture matters.
  • Lead program delivery for people strategy, performance management, engagement, and promotion cycles.
  • Diagnose team and leadership effectiveness; propose and drive targeted interventions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policy.
  • Track and analyze people data for trends, reporting insights to guide business decisions.
  • Deliver manager coaching, leadership enablement, and support on difficult ER, development, and performance conversations.
  • Partner on organizational change management and team health planning, including onboarding and integration.
  • Develop and socialize frameworks for talent succession, mobility, and advancement.
  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk issues; act as a trusted escalation point for client group leaders.
  • Utilize survey analysis and AI-enabled HR platforms to inform decision making and optimize processes.
  • Model and promote a positive, inclusive culture through exceptional communication, collaboration, and empathy.
  • Foster accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement by sharing knowledge across teams.
  • Represent the People Partner function in cross-functional and executive forums.
Job Requirements
