Telecare is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Coach II for Mental Health at our San Diego location. This full-time, on-site role supports recovery goals and peer services supervision within a clinical team, advancing Telecare’s RCCS-driven care.

You will train and supervise peer staff, deliver educational sessions, respond to crises with de-escalation skills, and partner with program leadership to enhance services for members.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification must be obtained before hire and maintained.
• Two years or part-time equivalent of behavioral health support experience.
• CPR, First Aid and CPI certification required at or before start date.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Engage, inspire and facilitate conversations to help members set recovery goals.
• Provide supervision and guidance to peer staff in collaboration with the clinical supervisor.
• Promote Telecare RCCS recovery culture within the team and services.

Conhecimentos
