Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a leader to expand a Pediatric Surgery service line at a Level I Trauma and Safety Net hospital in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers autonomous academic practice with dedicated anesthesia, pediatric neurosurgery, and subspecialty support, plus mentorship of residents and students.

You will oversee a new program and provide resident night coverage, with a highly competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits. Experience in program development is highly valued.

Position Overview:

• Lead a new service line and build a program with great support already in place.
