Phoenix Children’s in the Phoenix metro area is expanding its elite team of physicians to lead three Pediatric Emergency Departments and four Urgent Care centers. We seek Pediatricians who value clinical autonomy within a premier health system, with opportunities across urgent care tracks or hybrid ED roles.

You will provide acute care, oversee patient flow, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, while benefiting from academic depth, supported by pediatric radiology and in-house labs.

Formación

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics or family medicine.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• PALS certification.
• Commitment to clinical efficiency and superior patient experience.

As Maricopa County continues its explosive growth, we are expanding our elite team of physicians to lead our three Pediatric Emergency Departments and four Urgent Care centers.

Your Role in Our Growth:

As a Physician in our division, you will assess and treat acute injuries and illnesses, manage patient throughput, and foster strong collaborative relationships with our multidisciplinary staff and patient families.

Schedule & Facilities:

• Urgent Care Coverage: 5 PMMidnight (M-F) and 10 AM8 PM (Weekends).
• Emergency Department: Variable shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) for hybrid roles.
• Location: Multiple locations across the Phoenix Metro area, one of the most vibrant and fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
• Current Arizona Medical License (or eligible to obtain).
  PALS Certification.
  A passion for clinical efficiency and superior patient experience.

The staff physician shall provide patient care services and will support the Phoenix Children's mission of providing hope, healing and the best health care for children and their families.
