• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

• Direct, review, assign, and organize the work of at least three employees, including other Registered Nurses.
• Provide professional leadership and direction to maintain efficient delivery of effective patient care.
• Facilitate interprofessional communication and collaboration.
• Serve as a resource for clinical concerns and operational issues.
• Conduct audits to ensure thorough documentation of patient assessments and care.
• Participate in department operations, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs.
• Adjust staffing needs in coordination with the department manager.
• Act as a role model for patient care experiences that exceed member expectations.
• Ensure timely completion of patient call back messages and in-basket management.
• Take responsibility for professional growth and development.
