Job summary

Therapitas is hiring an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. The ability to speak Spanish is not required, and interpreter support is provided.

We offer a Spanish immersion program to learn Spanish and a mission-driven work environment that prioritizes work-life balance and structured mentorship. We expect 3+ years of pediatrics experience and a DPT or PT degree with Oklahoma license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain.
• 3+ years of pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence.
• Document services in our EMR.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and PT students.
