Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Tyler, TX. You will provide play-based, evidence-based pediatric therapy to children and work closely with families to support skill development and independence.

We focus on autism, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and related conditions, delivering targeted interventions and documenting progress in Raintree EMR within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active state OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based pediatric OT to children with developmental and sensory needs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans focusing on fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and self-regulation.
• Implement play-based and sensory-integrative therapies to promote engagement and progress.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to promote carryover and generalization of skills.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Clinic - 747 S Beckham Ave, Tyler, TX 75701

At H2 Health, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. We focus on helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, emotional regulation, and overall independence through individualized, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy.

Your Role:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy to children with developmental and sensory needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on fine motor development, sensory processing, ADLs, visual-motor skills, and self-regulation Implement play-based and sensory-integrative interventions to promote engagement and progress
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
• Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover and skill generalization
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support

Requirements

• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred
