Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.

• Assess learning needs and teach patients and families.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary team.
• Use data and evidence to evaluate and drive improvements.
• Support patient privacy, respect for diversity, and morale within the department.
