Job summary

Dayton Children’s is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in the Neurology department at the Main Campus. The role will perform clinical research activities under minimal supervision, lead assigned studies, and ensure high-quality conduct according to ICH/GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities include site feasibility, patient screening and enrollment, conducting visits, and maintaining accurate source documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, and ability to work independently.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical research

Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility and study preparation.
• Screen and recruit patients, enroll participants.
• Conduct study visits and ensure protocol adherence.
• Complete and ensure quality of case report forms and source documents.
• Maintain site quality and regulatory compliance.
