Qualifications

• M.D. or equivalent degree required.
• Completion of at least three years of postdoctoral fellowship training.
• Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Infectious Diseases (if feasible) and Texas Medical Licensure by start date.

Responsabilités

• Assist in leading the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP).
• Promote appropriate, safe, and effective antimicrobial use by reviewing patient records and regimens.
• Serve as a stewardship resource for ID and non-ID clinicians.
• Develop programs and educate providers on antimicrobial selection, dosing and monitoring.
