Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the pediatric cath lab and interventional radiology operations. The role leads clinical care delivery, ensures equipment readiness, supervises staff development, and supports research and fiscal accountability within the labs.

Reports to the Director of Interventional Services and partners with Medical Directors to maintain clinical excellence and coordinate patient care aligned with CHHS's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field is required.
• 5+ years of pediatric cath lab or IR tech experience in a high volume dedicated pediatric cath lab required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or related leadership experience required.
• Analytical skills to assess the functioning of the cath lab and team.
• Interpersonal skills to address issues at an early stage and promote excellence of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational aspects of patient care delivery in the cath lab and interventional radiology labs.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and staff development and education.
• Support research and fiscal accountability within the cath/IR labs.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative departments to coordinate patient care operations.
