Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and employment in the US.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Formal training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology team for congenital heart disease cases.
• Coordinate anesthesia care across OR, cath lab, EP lab, and imaging.
• Engage in quality, safety initiatives, and interdepartmental proceedings.
• Contribute to education for fellows, residents, and students.
