The role entails managing clinical and administrative responsibilities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, a Master’s degree in nursing, and appropriate licensure and certifications. This position involves collaboration with medical staff and promoting patient safety practices.
Qualifications
3 years’ experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by ANCC, AANP, PNCB, or NCCPA.
Responsibilities
Manage clinical, administrative, and professional duties for the APP group.
Lead the team to achieve departmental goals.
Provide comprehensive patient care management.
