Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable leader to direct analytics and contract administration for third party programs across retail pharmacy and care services. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Store Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure contracts align with business goals.

You will oversee lifecycle management, governance reviews, and pricing/reimbursement considerations while guiding teams and providing training to ensure accurate, timely program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in healthcare industry required, or High School Diploma with 4+ years in healthcare.
• 2+ years of analytics, administration, or operations experience in healthcare.
• Experience translating data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement approaches, processes, and tools to elevate the analytics group.
• Monitor contract terms and commitments to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.
• Manage contract lifecycle across Managed Care contracts and third party programs.
• Coordinate with contracting teams to ensure operational feasibility and reporting integrity.
• Oversee governance processes, performance reviews, and budgeting with service providers.
