You will qualify opportunities, run workshops, and lead projects from discovery to go-live. Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities alongside Sales, mapping merchant business goals to PayPal’s product capabilities.
• Run discovery workshops to develop requirements around PayPal's ecommerce solutions.
• Act as technical project lead from discovery to contract signature.
• Establish best-practices to ensure resilient payment flows.
• Analyze transaction data to recommend new capabilities.
• Capture recurring merchant pain points and influence product roadmap.
• Build reusable assets like reference architectures and sample code.
• Mentor junior customer engineers and contribute to playbook improvements.
