Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in the Greater Nashville area, is seeking a front desk operations contributor. You will oversee daily front desk functions and support patient registration using Epic and RIS/PAC systems.

The role emphasizes patient‑centered service, adherence to HIPAA policies, and collaborative teamwork across a thriving outpatient imaging environment. This position offers a stable outpatient setting with competitive total rewards.

• Solid understanding of Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of clinical policies including safety, privacy, and HIPAA regulations.

• Assist the Patient Service Representative staff in registering new patients and former patients to schedule appointments using Epic and RIS/PAC.
• Maintains current knowledge of the practice management system and other related procedures to effectively train employees and maintain up‑to‑date training materials.
• Identifies procedural or training issues and communicates them to management.
• Fill in at front desk as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk division
