BJC HealthCare is seeking a Lead Patient Service Representative for the Edwardsville office. In this role, you will manage patient flow processes and train staff, while ensuring accurate billing and payment collections. Role Purpose
The Lead Patient Service Representative acts as a subject matter expert on all front office activity & procedures and directs the patient flow process at the physician office. This position maintains a strong knowledge of and trains new and/or junior level team members on work processes. This position also serves as the primary point of contact in the absence of the supervisor, as well as a point of escalation on complex work situations.
