HCA HealthONE Swedish in Englewood, Colorado is seeking a Lead Patient Care Technician - Med - Tele to support the nursing team and deliver compassionate care to patients.

You will guide and mentor staff, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and participate in training of new team members. The position emphasizes patient experience, safety, and adherence to infection prevention practices.

Eligible candidates must be a CNA, obtain BLS within 30 days, and be a high school graduate or GED.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNA certification is required.
• High School Graduate / GED.

Responsabilités

• Assisting patients with ADLs, mobility, comfort, vital signs, specimens and telemetry as needed.
• Documenting patient care and communicating updates to the nursing team for coordinated care.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment with infection prevention practices and ready supplies.
• Responding to patient needs through rounds and compassionate communication.
• Training new team members and sharing updates on policies and quality initiatives.
