Job description

One Hope Church – Gig Harbor is looking for a Lead Pastor to lead with a spiritual compass, guiding the congregation through preaching, teaching, and sacraments, while overseeing worship, music, outreach, evangelism, and spiritual growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Board of Elders, this visionary will provide essential guidance to support congregational activities effectively, shaping a profound impact within the church and the wider community.

Position Base Salary: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00
