Qualifications

• Must be eligible for CMA license and willing to begin the Alliance ordination process.
• Ideal candidate has five to ten years of pastoral ministry experience.
• Strong preaching and teaching from pulpit and in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shepherd the congregation with a vision for growth and outward focus.
• Disciple and mentor ministry leaders and volunteers across age groups.
• Develop local outreach programs and community engagement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively as a planner and spokesperson for the church.
