Grace Community Church in Worthington, Minnesota is seeking a Lead Pastor who will shepherd the church, preach biblically sound messages, and cast a compelling vision for reaching the community. The role requires multi-staff pastoral leadership, a Master of Divinity preferred, EFCA-ordained or eligible within 5–7 years, and a stable, loving marriage.

Strong relational and cross-cultural leadership, a passion for discipleship, and a willingness to engage local outreach are essential as GCC

Qualifications

• Ordination in EFCA within 5–7 years is a condition of employment.
• Demonstrated competence in preaching.
• 6 years multi-staff pastoral leadership experience.
• Stable and loving marriage.
