Responsibilities

• Preach and Teach Scripture: primary Bible teacher delivering expository messages that apply God’s Word.
• Provide Spiritual and Organizational Leadership: establish vision, direction, and ministry priorities with elders.
• Lead and Develop the Staff: coach, mentor, and support the staff team to thrive in ministry.
• Lead Through a Plurality of Elders: collaborate with the elder team.
• Develop and Empower Leaders: identify, equip, and release capable leaders, fostering shared ministry.
