Job summary

Seagrove Baptist Church in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, seeks a Lead Pastor to provide biblical leadership, preaching and pastoral care for a blended, coastal congregation. The leader will collaborate with staff and volunteers to nurture discipleship and missional living in the community.

The ideal candidate will have SBC alignment, a strong preaching ministry, and a track record of establishing teams, programs, and outreach efforts across generations in a coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated pastoral leadership in a SBC context with 5–7 years preferred.
• Ability to preach biblically accurate, expository messages with life application.
• Strong relational and collaborative leadership within a multi-staff team.

Responsibilities

• Proclaim the Word and provide biblically grounded sermons weekly.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and discipleship to members and guests.
• Lead collaboratively with church leadership and staff in all church life areas.
• Foster community outreach and missional engagement in the Santa Rosa Beach area.
