Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Congregational Minister to guide multi-generational spiritual growth and outreach. The role focuses on building a discipleship culture, leading regional and global missions, and partnering with local churches and organizations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Theology degree, have 3–5 years of staff pastoral experience, and be willing to begin the Alliance ordination process. Application materials should be submitted through the proper channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with Bible/theology/ministry study required.
• Must be willing to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Alliance.
• 3–5 years of experience as a staff pastor.
