Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a high-volume, fine-casual dining or related restaurant.
• Minimum six months work experience in customer relations, parties or events.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must enjoy public speaking with good communication skills.
• Warm and friendly demeanor to handle customer issues.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• May require performing diverse physical tasks and heavy lifting (30-50 pounds).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is the top priority for the party team.
• Promptly resolve customer problems/issues and special requests.
• Meet sales goals and budgetary guidelines.
• Work with Retail Service Support on party requests and contracts.
• Create a pleasant ambiance and manage special requests on event day.
• Execute programs to AG standards including games and crafts.
• Assist management in overseeing retail sales and customer service.
