Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Party Chief to lead onsite layout activities, ensure quality control, and supervise field staff. You will work closely with project leadership to resolve tolerance issues and maintain safety on the job, promoting the IIF culture.

Daily client and project management interface will drive accurate, timely construction decisions across diverse teams. This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and several years of layout/field experience, with up to 25%

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as an Instrument Man II.
