Baker Construction is seeking a Party Chief to lead onsite layout activities, ensuring safe, accurate work and adherence to quality standards. Travel up to 25% supports diverse projects while collaborating with project leadership.

You will supervise staff, resolve tolerance issues with clients, and uphold site constructability and safety culture across projects. Opportunities exist for growth with an industry leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as an Instrument Man II.

Responsabilités

• Provides Layout which Adheres to Quality Control Requirements.
• Directs and Oversees Staff.
