Job summary

AutoZone in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while overseeing daily store operations.

In this role you will support the Store Manager, train and develop staff, monitor inventory and compliance, and coordinate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries. ASE certification is preferred and Spanish/English communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or sales leadership.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
