EisnerAmper LLP in Los Angeles is seeking a Partner for the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group to drive new business opportunities, serve long‑standing clients in compliance and consulting, contribute to thought leadership, technology initiatives, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities include supervising engagements, expanding services to existing clients, leading training, and developing business opportunities while coordinating with colleagues across offices and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree in a related field.
• CPA or other applicable license.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in forensic, litigation & valuation services.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Experience acquiring new clients and generating minimum $1.5M in net new revenue annually.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring associates.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive company, industry, and economic research.
• Analyze client financial statements and document work product.
• Lead departmental training and mentor staff.
• Schedule in-house training and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Expand services to existing clients and supervise engagements.
• Oversee all aspects of client engagements and staff evaluation.
• Assist in recruiting and develop training material for programs.
• Initiate business development and participate in networking events.
• Occasionally travel to firm offices and client locations.
