Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising tasks at the store and uphold HEART values.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in-store leadership.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales and brand consistency.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained daily/weekly as a team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish styling floors with inventory partnerships.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and floor re-merchandising.
