Qualifications

• Two years of previous work history/education required.
• One season of parking related experience.
• Must interact with guests and maintain Service Excellence standards.
• Lead by example within transportation and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of 15 parking employees.
• Coordinate daily lot schedules and breaks.
• Direct traffic flow and ensure pedestrian safety.
• Provide excellent guest service and resort information.
• Transport guests to the ski area from pickup locations.
• Schedule and staff lots to maximize revenue.
• Assist with snow removal around parking lots.
• Collaborate with Base Area Services/Security/Facilities on projects.
• Handle ~2000 cars daily and 150,000 cars seasonally.
