Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule the work activities of permanent, term, seasonal employees, interns and volunteers.
• Provide guidance in interpretation, education, and visitor services programs (formal and informal).
• Fund, plan, and develop interpretive and educational media products (exhibits, films, publications).
• Operate two visitor centers and serve as collateral-duty public information officer, coordinating with regional communications.
• Respond to news media inquiries and manage park website and social media in coordination with the regional office.
