Qualifications

• Perform supervisory and lead functions for a district interpretive operation, including recruiting, hiring, directing work and evaluating staff.
• Develop partnerships with public and private groups and other government agencies.
• Plan and coordinate development of training programs for staff, volunteers and partners.
• Provide or assist in interpretive program planning, including the development of visitor use planning, budget development and operational plans.
• Manage the day to day operation of a visitor center or other interpretive facility.
