Job summary

Champion EMS in Texas seeks a Paramedic to administer emergency medical care, operate ALS ambulances, and supervise field teams. You will monitor equipment and ensure sanitary conditions while coordinating with fire and law enforcement at scenes.

You will perform patient care documentation, comply with OSHA standards, and participate in ongoing EMT-P updates to maintain certifications and readiness for multiple casualty incidents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate an advanced life support ambulance.
• Maintain sanitary cleanliness of ambulance and equipment.
• Must adhere to State and local requirements for EMT-P.

Responsibilities

• Respond to life-threatening and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate response with physicians to plan care.
• Lead a team to triage, plan treatment, and transport.
• Ensure EMS equipment and vehicles are functioning and stocked.
• Assist in station cleaning.
• Interact with firefighters and law enforcement at scenes.
• Complete paperwork and document patient care.
• Handle hazardous materials; comply with OSHA regulations.
• Provide medical oversight during multi-casualty incidents.
• Participate in in-service training for EMT-P updates.
• Operate ambulance and medical care equipment.
• Make decisions aligned with policies and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
