Qualifications

• National Registry EMT-Paramedic (NREMT-P) required.
• Current driver’s license meeting company requirements.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver advanced life support (ALS) interventions.
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures in accordance with protocols.
• Lead patient care decisions and direct on-scene clinical care.
• Provide patient packaging, transport, and ongoing monitoring.
• Complete accurate and timely patient care reports and required documentation.
• Ensure documentation meets clinical, legal, and billing standards.
• Maintain proficiency in ALS equipment and report deficiencies.
• Follow infection control, PPE, and safety protocols.
• Serve as a clinical leader and role model for EMT partners.
• Communicate effectively with hospitals, dispatch, and other responders.
