Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia in Maryland is seeking a Lead Painter to direct painting operations, prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality finishes across the property.

You will lead a team, coordinate workflows, and uphold safety and craftsmanship standards in a fast-paced casino environment. The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and a minimum of 3 years in commercial painting, with Maryland license eligibility and union familiarity impacting eligibility.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial painting experience.
• Experience in high-traffic facilities preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Maryland Lottery license as required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct painting operations and supervise the painting team.
• Prepare surfaces, remove old paint, and patch as needed.
• Mix paints and finishes and apply to surfaces.
• Perform minor plastering and install new windowpanes.
• Track work orders, materials, and costs.
• Follow safety standards and wear respirators when necessary.
• Coordinate with occupants and other trades, provide technical support.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Order tools/materials and arrange deliveries.
• Provide status updates and report issues.
• May train and mentor junior painters.
