• Plan, lay out, direct and inspect the work of painters and other workers.
• Requisition materials and supplies; inspect scaffolds, ladders, ropes, hooks, and safety equipment; ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Supervise and maintain contracts; coordinate preventive maintenance; complete progress reports; inventories.
• Ensure compliance with CRIPA and USDOJ requirements.
