Job summary

Swanson's Painting in Milford, OH is hiring a Painting Crew Lead to run residential and light commercial projects from the field, leading the team while working right alongside them.

This full-time, field-based role offers $25 to $35 per hour and requires hands-on painting experience and real crew management to ensure top-quality finishes for customers across the Greater Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on painting experience.
• Experience leading a crew.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations, assign tasks, and keep the crew on schedule.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Check finished work against our quality standards before the customer sees it.
• Update customers, answer questions, and ensure happiness from start to finish.
• Enforce safety protocols and keep an organized jobsite.
• Train new team members and track materials to minimize waste.
