Kennedy Painting LLC is seeking an Experienced Lead Painter to step into a leadership role and supervise crews on residential projects in the St. Louis area. This full-time, year-round position offers steady work, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead painters and apprentices, ensure top-quality prep and finish, coordinate materials, and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time project completion.

Qualifications

Must have leadership experience in painting teams.
Extensive painting experience with high standards of prep and finish.
Ability to supervise multiple crews and manage residential job sites.
Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and support painters and apprentices.
Oversee multiple crews and residential job sites.
Maintain high standards for prep, painting, cleanliness, and property protection.
Train team members and help develop their skills.
Communicate with customers throughout projects.
Coordinate materials and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with production to keep projects on track.
